Career Development and Employment

We have services that help students make informed decisions about their careers and the transition from university to work or further study. We help students clarify important career issues, assist with career decisions, and provide many services to support and build a student's career. Career guidance provides details of our services, including how to secure full-time or part-time employment by providing services such as resume checking, preparation for interviews, addressing selection criteria etc.

Uni Life 

Uni Life supports University of Tasmania students to create friendships and networks with other students and members of the broader Tasmanian community through:

  • On-campus and off-campus social events and trips
  • Activities in the local community that are fun and expand networks
  • Travel and tours
  • Volunteering

If you would like to become an education agent of the University of Tasmania, please follow the instructions below.

Completing an application

  1. Send an email to Agents.Info@utas.edu.au
  2. Please provide a brief introduction, contact details, and the list of countries you propose to represent (if relevant).

Once received, the University of Tasmania will undertake an initial assessment of your request.

We will aim to provide you with a response within 10-15 business days. Further information will then be supplied on how we proceed from here.
