About West Park Apartments
At our West Park apartments, you can find yourself living steps away from our new Cradle Coast Campus. These apartments fall under the Australian Government's National Rental Affordability Scheme. This gives you access to the best of Burnie on a student's budget.
As you finish studying for the day, unwind on a short walk through parklands and past a waterfall, or along the beachfront where the penguins nest at dusk.
You’ll still be part of the campus vibe with communal spaces like a lounge, shared laundry, and a resident-only computer lab. Plus, you're just a short walk from Burnie’s city center and have stunning beach views right outside your window.
Built as part of a major campus upgrade, West Park Apartments have been designed with modern touches and a focus on sustainability. It’s all about creating a comfy, eco-friendly spot that not only supports your studies but also helps you feel connected to the local community.
