We offer a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs and budget. You can book a self-contained apartment, unit or flat or an individual room within a more traditional 'halls of residence' feel. You can self-cater, or enjoy our on-site dining.
We can also accommodate your sporting team, special interest club or touring group. We regularly host educational groups, sporting camps and teachers' conferences.

On-campus accommodation in Hobart is located at the top of College Road, Sandy Bay. It's within walking distance of the Sandy Bay shopping precinct, and around seven minutes' drive from the Hobart CBD.

- Rooms are only serviced for extended stays of 5+ nights (laundry facilities are available on-site).
- Rates include bedding, linen and towels on arrival, on-site car parking and utilities (electricity, heating, water and maintenance).
- Fees and accommodation are subject to change and availability.
- Bookings require a minimum two night stay.
- Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Student Living Booking Policy.
Payment and cancellation policy
- Full payment must be made in advance to secure a booking.
- Cancellations received 30+ days before check-in are entitled to a full refund less 20% administration fee.
- Cancellations received within 30 days of check-in forfeit the entire amount paid.
