When you study with us, there are some important dates you need to be aware of. These include Orientation Week, the start of semester, census date, mid-semester breaks, exam timetable releases, and more.
Refer to key university dates for information about all dates. Refer below for key dates relevant to your application.
All last application and offer dates follow the below principles:
- Last applications (non-quota courses): Friday before week one commencement.
- Last offers: Thursday of week one of the course.
- Last enrolment: Monday of week two of the course.
These dates are updated each semester, so be sure to check in regularly.

International student admission dates
We recommend that students living overseas should apply at least 3 months prior to semester start date and on-shore students apply no less than one month prior to semester start date. Applications are accepted at any time for most courses. Applications can be found at how to apply.
Research degrees (Masters and PhDs) admission dates
You can apply for a research degree on any day of the year.
Recognition of prior learning
Applications for credit assessment (recognition of prior learning) should be applied for no later than 2 weeks before your commencing study period start date.
